Replacement of Spare Parts
- If the spare parts used in the repair of your appliance are found to be defective, you may request a replacement.
- Replacement will be provided within the warranty period mentioned on your repair invoice, starting from the date of initial use by the service provider.
- If the defective spare part is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, it will be either replaced or refunded as per the manufacturer’s policy.
- To process a replacement, a valid receipt or proof of purchase of our services is required.
Refund Policy
- If the issue persists after repair and your request is valid, our service provider will inspect and attempt to repair the unit again.
- If the issue remains unresolved after multiple repair attempts, we will process a refund.
- After reviewing your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of a full or partial refund.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
